Refund Policy

With all of our orders we allow a 14 day return period where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition. If the condition isn’t as originally shipped once received back we can refuse the refund at any time. We allow returns up to 30 days from order date for all faulty goods. Please see the below disclaimers.

Damaged Goods

If the goods you receive are damaged in any way please photograph the state that the products arrived in and contact us using our ‘Contact’ page. We will ensure that all faulty and damaged products are replace immediately. Depending on the circumstances we may ask you to return the item.

Incorrect Orders/Missing Items

If you receive your products and they are incorrect or items are missing please contact us using our ‘Contact’ page so that we can correct this immediately.

Order Amendment or Cancellation

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. There is a very short time frame that amendment and cancellation will be available for before it is too late and the order will be processed and dispatched.


Items being returned must be securely packaged in their original packaging, including all original contents. Additional fees will be charged if they are not received in this condition.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method for your order and can take up to 10 business days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the refund is for faulty goods.
